Above Average
Floors was established in 1984 by Brett Angelloz of Baton Rouge,
Louisiana. Brett Angelloz started the company as a sole-proprietor
and provided installation services for five years. In 1989, Above
Average Floors opened its first office location at 10538 Kentshire
Court in Baton Rouge, where its customers were able to choose
from sample displays the type of flooring of their choice.
Above Average
Floors was incorporated under the name Above Average Companies,
Inc. in 1991 and since then has operated as a full service retail
operation with competitive pricing and superior quality installations.
Above Average Floors relocated to 8044 Summa Avenue in 1994, where
the showroom space was limited but accessible to the area of town
that it has serviced for over 10 years.
Above Average
Floors relocated once again to 3348 Drusilla Lane in 1997 due
to the need to centralize operations and have more warehouse space
for product delivery. Since its inception, Brett Angelloz has
employed and personally trained the flooring technicians to be
specialized but not limited to installations and surface refinishing.
Above Average
Floors has maintained a higher degree of quality control by promoting
100% customer satisfaction. It is constantly updating product
lines, upgrading equipment, and improving installation skills
and knowledge.
