Higher Pay
One of the most effective ways to attract good people is to offer higher pay. At Adecco, our pay levels are designed to be comparable with the corresponding positions in the private sector.

Paid Holidays
Adecco offers seven paid holidays to our temporary associates. These holidays are evenly dispersed throughout the year so that any new employee can quickly qualify.

Vacation Bonus
Once Adecco temporary associates have worked for one year, they are eligible to receive a vacation bonus based on the number of hours worked.

Tuition Reimbursement
Adecco's unique Tuition Reimbursement Program allows us to offer our temporary associates the opportunity for advanced training. Associates are eligible immediately after their employment with Adecco begins.

Direct Deposit
Adecco's direct deposit provides a simple and safe way to get paid. Your paycheck is automatically deposited into the account of your
choice - at your bank, savings and loan, or credit union. Best of all it's free!

Group Insurance Benefits
Another way Adecco attracts and retains the best associates is by providing access to group insurance plans. These programs include personal and family coverage for dental, medical, life, and short-term disability.

401k Plan
Temporary associates may participate in Adecco's 401k plan during the open enrollment period upon meeting all eligibility requirements. This plan allows our temporaries to have pretax payroll deductions taken from their check and placed in a tax qualified retirement plan.

"A" Plus Premier Pricing Service
A discount program our associates enjoy at top-name retailers and restaurants which can even include a Visa card.
