Do You Have A Termite Problem?
Nationwide, subterranean termite damage approaches a billion dollars a year. Protect your home by watching for these signs of termites:
• A temporary swarm of winged of insects around your home.
• Discarded wings near doors or windows.
• Mud tubes in the basement or crawl space.
• Hollow-sounding wall studs.

Is It A Termite or Ant?
termiteThe answer to this question is important to know, because measures for controlling the two pest vary. Winged termites are usually only 1/8 inch or so in length, and have straight antennae and no "waistline." Their wings are long and are of equal length. Ants are often several times larger. They have elbowed antennae and three distinct body segments, with very slim waists. Their front wings are much longer than the back ones. Termites break off their wings; ants do not.

To be sure termites are the problem, call us for a home inspection, and ask about the Sentricon Termite Colony Elimination System, a revolutionary method that antactually eliminates the termite colony.

The Sentricon System monitors for termites using special stations placed in the soil around your house. Once stations are visited by foraging termites, they are baited with a slow acting termite bait that gradually eliminates the colony. Then the stations return to the monitoring mode to continue to protect your home.

We can explain the process further, just call for an on-site consultation.

Our Programs for Pest Management:
Our programs for Pest Management include the careful placement of insecticides only in areas where insects hide and live. This means less mess, and less odor during our applications. It also means the chance of insecticides coming in contact with children, food and pets is greatly reduced. We will also work with you by recommending the elimination of any potential sources and harborage that the insect may have.

Our technicians will follow our three step program on each service visit.

INSPECT: The property for active insect infestation, to find the problem and its cause.
ADVISE: You of any activity, or corrective actions you need to take, or any environmental changes you need to make.
TREAT: With a carefully selected insecticide to eliminate existing infestations or prevent reinfestations.

Our Service Can Be Performed As Follows:
• Monthly Pest Control
• Every Other Month
• Quarterly
• Annually (Termite Contracts Only)
After a careful inspection we can design a program to fit your specific needs.
