The Best Surprise Is No Surprise
	At the time of application, we provide a Good Faith Estimate which shows you an estimate of your closing costs. Prior to closing, we will gladly address any remaining questions you may have. The closing agent (i.e. Title Company, Closing Attorney or Escrow Agent) will contact you to schedule your closing and will provide you with the final dollar amount needed to close your loan.
