Arbor-Nomics Turf, Inc. was established almost 20 years ago. We treat lawns as well as trees and shrubs.

Our lawn program consists of six treatments, ($24.95 minimum), which includes weed and crabgrass control and balanced fertilization. We spray the trees and shrubs for insects and disease four times and fertilize once in the fall and spring. We apply only the safest products to give you a healthy and beautiful landscape. If you have any problems in between our visits, we will make service calls at no charge.

The cost of our program is determined by the size of your lawn and the number of trees and shrubs you have. There are no written contracts and you can stop the service at any time. You may elect to use only our lawn program or just the tree and shrub program - it's up to you.

Additional services include consulting and inspecting tree problems, aerating and overseeding of lawns, and flea and tick spraying.

We take a scientific approach to your landscape by doing soil tests and then determining the best program for you. In other words, your home will receive specialized care.

My background in Horticulture is extensive. I grew up in my family's landscape nursery near Cleveland, Ohio (Canfield). I have a degree in Horticulture from Ohio State University and have done postgraduate work at the University of Georgia, Gwinnett Tech, and North Metro Tech. After graduation, I started the original tree and shrub care service in Columbus, Ohio. After that, I was a manager for the largest lawn, tree, and shrub company in the country.

In 1985, I helped start the Metro Atlanta Landscape and Turf Association (MALTA), a 400 plus member organization dedicated to furthering the education of landscape professionals. I am also past President of The Georgia Turfgrass Association.

Doug Cash has worked for over twenty years in the lawn care industry, from a lawn care technician all the way up to regional manager with one of the largest lawn, tree and shrub care companies in the country. Doug has also done postgraduate work at the University of Georgia, Gwinnett Tech and North Metro Tech. He has won numerous awards including "Branch Manager of the Year" and "Most Outstanding Customer Service."
