For over 25 years, 7th degree black belt and taekwondo master, Art Monroe, has been teaching the ancient art of taekwondo in the New Orleans area. Mr. Monroe is also one of five founding members of the United States TaeKwonDo Alliance and International TaeKwonDo Alliance.
Since its opening in 1977, TaeKwonDo Plus has continued to gain in popularity and can now be found throughout New Orleans, Metairie, Kenner, Slidell, the Westbank, Saint Charles, LaPlace, and Buras.
At TaeKwonDo Plus, students are taught the important values of:
