Stress
is a natural and common occurrence in everyday life and people can often
deal with some stress without much trouble. However, there are stresses
like, divorce, difficult situations at work, illness, or times of multiple
small stressors that create an uncomfortable level of stress that needs
to be addressed. Stress management is an educational and training process
designed to help people understand stress and develop the skills they
need to effectively reduce the stress and/or reduce the negative impact
of the stress.
