Michael A. Hamner, CPA

Mike has been raised in the Birmingham area since he was 5 years old. After graduating from Shades Valley High School in 1981, he attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Mike began working with Philip C. Benefield, CPA, in his senior year at college. Graduating in 1986, he received his CPA certificate in 1990 and became a partner in the firm. While gaining experience by working with businesses in a variety of industries, Mike has developed a strong sense what small business owners are expecting out of their in-house accounting packages. He has shown a good ability of helping a business owner use the information they get from their accounting information to monitor and improve their financial functions.

 

William O. Bolen, Jr.

Bill Bolen, Jr. is a Birmingham native. After graduating from Mountain Brook High School in 1976, he attended Auburn University. Graduating in 1982, Bill began work in the private sector. After gaining experience by managing the accounting departments of several businesses throughout his career, Bill got his CPA certificate in 1996. He ran his own accounting firm until he joined our firm in 1999.

 

R. Eric Daniels

Eric Daniels is a Birmingham native. He has been with the firm for 2 years and in the field of public accounting for three years. He is currently completing courses at the University of Alabama at Birmingham to become a CPA candidate. Eric has had the ability to work with a diverse group of clientele and is dedicated to helping them obtain their goals.
