Our Financial Policy

We have made and will continue to make every effort to keep down the cost of your dental care. Our policy is to request payment at the time of your dental treatment. We will discuss every procedure and fee before we start. We offer many ways for you to plan for your treatment. All major credit cards are accepted as well as personal checks, cash and other financing options, which are available.

Insurance Plans Accepted

Our office accepts insurance plans from most carriers. We will be happy to let you know if your insurance plan is accepted prior to your treatment. We can submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will know the portion of our charges that are your responsibility. As a convenience to our patients with dental insurance, our office will submit your insurance claim for you.

Please understand that your insurance plan is a contract between you and the insurance company. No insurance company covers all dental costs. Some companies pay fixed allowances for certain procedures, and others pay a percentage of the charge. It usually takes three to six weeks for benefits to be paid. If after 60 days the insurance company has not paid, we ask the patient to pay the balance of their account. We will continue to seek settlement from your insurance company for a reasonable amount of time. It may be necessary for the patient to contact their insurance company to expedite payment.

Accidents and Worker's Compensation cases are welcome. Please call if you

Changes In Your Medical History

When providing excellent dental care, we take every necessary precaution. Please notify us of any change in your medical history. Also, please inform us of any change of name, address, phone number, marital status, employment, or insurance coverage. We request that our patients periodically complete a medical history form.
