Four-Part Program Insures Your Success
On a Beverly Hills weight loss plan, you will eat normal foods while
losing your weight without taking drugs. You can lose 2-5 pounds per
week. Moderate exercising is recommended to complete our well-balanced
four-part program. Here's how it works:
1. Pre-Diet Analysis
First we chart your vital signs and record your medical history. From
this information, we provide the weight loss program that is right
for you, and we begin to chart your progress.
2. Weight Loss Period
Through a well-balanced nutritional plan, vitamin and mineral supplements,
and proper counseling, you will get down to your desired weight at
a rate of 2-5 pounds per week. Behavioral guidance will help you develop
new habits and take on the attitudes of a slender person.
3. Six-Week Stabilization
Now we will gradually increase your caloric intake by adding some
of the restricted foods back into your diet. We'll keep doing this
until you reach the caloric level that should maintain your desired weight.
4. One-Year Maintenance
If at any time during the following year you gain back up to 10 pounds,
you are invited to return to the clinic, free of charge, for the help
you need to get back down to your desired weight. The rest is up to you!
