B & F Cleaning Services, Inc. is a commercial janitorial cleaning company that was started in 1989 by Jim Buzhardt. The business was started after Jim recognized there were major problems in the commercial cleaning industry. The major problem was the lack of supervision or management of the cleaning crews which resulted in poor quality cleaning. The quality of services can only be as good as the quality of the people cleaning, especially the quality of management. We believe that our supervisors and managers, as well as our cleaners, possess extreme pride in their work which is passed on to our customers through quality cleaning every night. We pay our employees $8 - $10 per hour which improves employee morale and retention.

We provide Communication Logs for our customers to communicate directly with our cleaners each night. The same crew cleans the same accounts every night. We encourage our cleaners to establish personal relationships with our customers to create a warm and trustworthy environment. We believe the success of our business is a result of our continuous communication with the building/office manager as well as being extremely responsive to our customers needs.

We are proud to be celebrating our 10th anniversary this year! After many years in the commercial janitorial business, we have developed a large network of reliable, dependable responsive and honest cleaners and supervisors. Some of which have been with us since inception.
