Rulon D. Munns Rulon D. Munns and Ranier F. Munns are the managing partners for the law firm of Bogin, Munns & Munns. Rulon Munns manages the Commercial Law Department which consists of all departments except for Personal Injury. Ranier F. Munns manages the Personal Injury Department.

Rulon D. Munns graduated from Brigham Young University Law School in 1975 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1976. He began his career with the law firm of Holland & Knight in Lakeland/Tampa area of Florida. After practicing three years with Holland & Knight, Mr. Munns, along with Bruce M. Bogin and Ranier F. Munns, founded the law firm of Bogin, Munns & Munns. Mr. Munns has over 28 years of experience in the practice of law. He has a very large practice wherein he represents large corporations, some of which are Fortune 500 companies, as well as small businesses and individuals. His individual practice is primarily centered around commercial real estate and general corporate representation, but he also serves as a consultant to the commercial litigation and employment law practice.

Ranier F. Munns graduated from the University of Utah Law School in1973 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1974. He began his career with the law firm of Maguire, Voorhis & Wells in Orlando, Florida. After practicing several years with Maguire, Voorhis & Wells, he joined the law firm of Akerman, Senterfitt & Eidson in Orlando, where he practiced insurance defense litigation for three years. Subsequently, he helped form the law firm of Bogin, Munns & Munns. Ranier has over 29 years of experience in the practice of law. Having previously represented defense carriers, he brings a valuable perspective to plaintiff representation and litigation. With the help of an aggressive trial team, Ranier has represented thousands of individuals. His individual practice is primarily centered around plaintiff representation. Ranier has also been very active in the adoption law practice in Florida. Three of his thirteen children are adopted and he also serves as consultant to the adoption law practice.
