Our Personal Injury Department has become one of the most successful plaintiff practices in Central Florida. Originally, Ranier Munns was representing approximately 20 insurance companies, providing primarily insurance defense litigation. Subsequently, the firm decided to practice predominantly in the plaintiff arena and, for the the past 25 years, has been exclusively representing injured individuals in serious accidents and death claims. The nature of our plaintiff's practice has increased to include medical malpractice, nursing home, aviation cases, products liability and other serious negligence actions.
