Brickell Personnel Consultants provides technical consultants to meet short-term or project oriented assignments, and our contract for hire and direct hire staffing services are designed to meet the long-term staffing needs of our clients. Brickell Personnel Consultants believes that this "full service" approach to staffing requirements enables you, our clients, the ability to acquire the skilled technical personnel you need, when ever you need them, at a reasonable cost.

Brickell Personnel Consultants will provide a high level of service, from complete system design and implementation, to the maintenance of existing systems. The senior members of our staff will be capable of providing hardware / software evaluation and recommendations, capacity planning, performance monitoring, network design and various forms of systems modeling. They will also be experienced in understanding your user's needs, enabling them to design and implement a successful system that meets standards, budget and time constraints.

Brickell Personnel Consultants will provide a "risk free" solution to assist you in meeting long-term, permanent staffing needs. Based on your requirements, we will provide highly qualified technical personnel, on contract, for a period of twelve months, with the intent that our contractor will become a full time employee on your staff. There is no obligation for you to hire the contractor and the consultant is not required to accept your offer of employment. This process eliminates most hiring mistakes and the costs associated with them. This concept provides many benefits:

• Allows hiring decisions to be based upon known performance thereby eliminating hiring mistakes.
  
• Your valuable time won't need to be spent sorting through resumes, trying to hire personnel, getting them relocated, acclimated and productive.
  
• Eliminates most up front costs such as employment agency fees, interview costs and relocation costs. You pay for only productive time in the form of an hourly-billing rate.
  
• Allows you to plan for future staffing requirements. If technical requirements change, there is no obligation for you to hire our consultant.

In some situations, you may prefer to have immediate permanent staff to fill ongoing staff levels. Brickell Personnel Consultants will provide a direct hire service for this need for a percentage of the individual's first year salary.
