Since 1976, The Bridge
Tender has been known for exceptional food and service from our
beautiful vantage point overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.
Our reputation has been earned by our consistent attention to
detail and unparalleled cuisine. 
The Bridge Tender aims
to provide excellent service and a dining experience like no other,
and has just completed a massive renovation which updates the
dining room, bar area and gives a fresh, modern look to a restaurant
which has become a dining institution in the Cape Fear area.
Just a few items from
our menu include: tempting appetizers like Coconut Beer Shrimp,
Backfin Crab Dip with Garlic Toast and our award-wining clam chowder;
House Specialties such as Lemon Pepper Shrimp and Scallops, Blackened
Chicken with Citrus Salsa and Lobster Scampi, Steamed Oysters,
clams and shrimp, award-wining cuts of beef such as Filet Mignon
and Prime Rib; and Entrees like Herb Crusted Grouper, Pan Fried
Veal, Apple Glazed BBQ Pork Chops and Batter Fried Fish with crabmeat
and corn sauce.
To top off your dinner,
we'll gladly tempt you with fresh-brewed coffee, specialty after-dinner
drinks, and a variety of desserts prepared fresh daily.
The Bridge Tender is
open for dinner seven days a week and accepts all major credit
cards. Reservations are suggested and may be made by calling 910-256-4519.
Bridge Tender gift certificates are available in any amount, and
make a distinctive gift.
