In 1995 Business Telephone Systems entered into an agreement with BellSouth® Telecommunications making BTS an Authorized Agent, making it simple for our customers to receive services and let us worry about the details.
What does this mean to you? BTS will now be able to provide you with "one-stop" shopping for all of your telephone needs, from the hardware to the lines. When any type of service is needed for your business that you would normally call BellSouth® Telecommunications to receive, you can now call BTS. For example: Essex®, Prestige® services, Touchstar® services or adding additional lines. Even adding T-1, FRAME RELAY, ISDN BRI, or Primary Rate ISDN lines can be a simple call to BTS.
