Pam Ripley is the owner and proprietor of Career Builders of Central Florida. The company specializes in the design and production of resumes, cover letters and other employment-related materials, in addition to providing business communication services to small companies and individuals. Pam has been in the field for sixteen years, originally becoming involved when she opened the first Orlando-based office for a national resume-writing company in 1982. In order to offer more personalized service and a higher quality product, Pam established Career Builders in 1986. She uses her business experience, combined with her degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences, to work with clients in the career development area. Pam applies her expertise to draw information from her clients that will assist her in producing a highly effective, polished and professional resume that will generate the interest of prospective employers. She has produced tens of thousands of customized resumes for a clientele that ranges from entry level through executive management. Pam is particularly proud that her work has generated a very loyal clientele, as well as a strong referral network. Career Builders has an office conveniently located in Winter Park.

Pam is originally from the Chicago area, but has resided in Florida since 1978. She has been married for twenty-two years and has a ten year old son.
