Groups and Location
Groups Forming at Center
 Small
and InexpensiveGroups offer a safe, comfortable setting in which to work on important issues. Groups give the added advantage of providing a setting to not only learn but to also practice skills learned in therapy. Some of the focus groups offered at the Center include: Assertiveness Training Anger Management (expressing feelings appropriately), Setting Boundaries (learning to identify and express needs), Dealing with Addictive Behavior and Learning Skills to Deal with Depression and Anxiety. |
| Two Therapists in Each
Group Paul Kapphahn Ph.D. and his wife Patricia Kapphahn M.S., L.P.C. facilitate each of the four groups held at the Center each week. Both Paul and Patricia have many years experience facilitating groups in a variety of settings. Each group is ninety minutes long and most groups are covered by insurance plans. |
