It is with pride and great pleasure that I introduce you to
the Central Carolina Insurance Group, Inc. My name is D. "Dee"
Yates, and I am the agency principal. I believe service and
commitment are the key building blocks in establishing a firm
relationship of mutual trust and respect with each of our policyholders.
I am committed to maintaining a high standard of excellence
with proven professionals who care about you.
Formerly I was a district sales manager for Erie Insurance Group
and helped establish the Charlotte branch office, appointing
and training Erie agents for Charlotte and Western N.C. I have
twenty-three years of insurance experience specializing in auto,
home, life, bonds, and commercial coverage. And I am excited
to be in the agency working with policyholders.
Originally from North Carolina, I grew up in the military traveling
around the world and returned to attend North Carolina State
University. My insurance career has always been in North Carolina,
and Charlotte has been home for the past fifteen years. My wife,
Mary Anna, is an elementary school teacher. I have two daughters
in college and one in high school.
I am active in the Charlotte community, in the United Methodist
Church, and in the local insurance community. As a certified
insurance counselor, I am committed to maintaining the highest
level of training to best meet the needs of my policyholders.
Jennifer L. Gibson is the agency office manager and is available
to service your insurance needs. We currently work with individuals,
families, and businesses of Mecklenburg and Gaston Counties.
