The law firm of Charlton & Glover was established in 1992. It is located in the Mill Village of Historic Roswell, Georgia. The firm has two partners, Martin Grayson Charlton and Patricia S. Glover. Charlton & Glover is a general practice law firm with an emphasis on civil litigation, criminal defense, domestic law and bankruptcy law. The firm also represents public utility companies in ad valorem taxation issues with local and state governments. The success of Charlton & Glover is directly related to the emphasis placed upon its clients. Our goal is to zealously serve our clients and the law with integrity and fairness.

Martin Grayson Charlton

Martin Grayson Charlton was born in Michigan. He attended William and Mary College and the University of Florida, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. He also obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from California State University. He received his Juris Doctorate from Mercer University in 1983. His practice is dedicated to criminal and civil litigation, domestic law and ad valorem taxation.

Martin is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, the North Fulton Bar Association, and Trial Lawyers of America. Martin lives in Alpharetta, Georgia with his wife and two children.

Patricia S. Glover

Patricia S. Glover was born in West Virginia. She attended the University of Georgia and Georgia State University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Philosophy. She attended Georgia State University College of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate in 1988. Her practice is dedicated to consumer bankruptcy law, civil litigation and domestic law. Patricia also serves as a guardian ad litem through the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation.

Patricia is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, the North Fulton Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute. She lives with her husband and daughter in Alpharetta, Georgia.
