Christopher Zacco grew up in a family who owned and operated a construction business in Florida. Unlike most developers, Chris has learned the business of building quality homes from the ground up.

After doing an apprenticeship with many of the top developers in other areas of Florida, he and his family wisely chose to pool their knowledge of superior construction techniques. They built their first Adult Community in beautiful Ocala Florida. This same community has been the recipient of numerous awards as well as being cited by, "Where to Retire" magazine as on of the "Top 100 Planned Communities in America". Proof of the fact, they not only know what they are doing but they do it better than most! Their choice of where to build was not a decision they took lightly. Much arduous research was done. Their main concerns were: Low cost living, ideal weather, safe area, aesthetically pleasing to the eye, close location to all of the "must see" attractions in Florida, Close to everyday shopping, restaurant, movies, plays, cultural entertainment, and top medical facilities.
