| Medical Record Storage Medical records are maintained and stored in compliance with federal regulations established in 1972 governing confidentiality of alcohol and drug abuse patient records, 42 CFR Part 2. Business Services  The
business office is open daily to assist the patient in paying bills
and filing insurance for patients who are approved for coverage. Choices
receives no outside funding from the state or federal government.
All patients are required to pay for services. The cost to the patient
is $10.00 per day. The Board of Directors' policy is that a patient
has a better chance of recovery when he or she is invested in their
treatment. Choices will work with all patients who are seeking services
and offers a discount to patients who are disabled or if both husband
and wife are seeking help. |
