A 1981 graduate of University of Missouri at Columbia and member representative of the American Animal Hospital Association. Dr. Dugal is well known in the community through his participation in the Royal Palm Beach Jaycees, Rotary and Palms West Chamber of Commerce. Originally from Missouri, Dr. Dugal has made south Florida his home with his wife Tammy, raising their two children. In addition, two friendly cats and a box turtle share their home. To relax, he raises orchids, builds and launches model rockets and cruises on his Harley-Davidson. Dr. Dugal is also a member of the Feline Cornell Health Center, the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Florida Veterinary Medical Association and the Treasurer of the Palm Beach County Veterinarian Society.

Dr. Cook graduated from the University of Florida in 1988. She is a member of the American Animal Hospital Association, American Veterinary Medical Association, Florida Veterinary Medical Association and Palm Beach Veterinarian Society. A native Floridian, Dr. Cook and her husband Richard are enjoying their family of two young boys, two loving dogs, goats, chickens and an iguana. In her free time, Dr. Cook enjoys many sports; basketball, jogging and especially softball. She also shares in her son's sports adventures.
