We will gladly
submit to your primary insurance company for all treatment
rendered and accept direct reimbursement from the insurance
company. Co-payments for amounts not covered by dental insurance
including deductibles, will be due when services are rendered.
Any pretreatment estimates can be submitted to provide you
with the most accurate information regarding your coverage
and co-payments. All insurance information is entered into
our computer system and certain claims are sent electronically
to expedite processing payment. For your convenience, MasterCard,
Visa, personal check, and cash are accepted.
Emergency Care
On occasion you
may require immediate and emergency attention.
If you are suffering
from severe dental difficulties during a time we are closed,
you can reach one of our highly qualified dentists 24 hours
a day through our emergency paging system.
