At Elite Personal Fitness, you can work out in our private exercise studio with experienced certified professional trainers or have us come to you with fitness equipment. Our studio is located in the Bogey's complex above the Golf School at 7804 Fischer Steel Road in Cordova.

We design programs around your health/fitness needs, personal goals, schedule, and budget. Our staff is experienced in weight and body fat loss, sports conditioning (especially golf and tennis), and medical issues such as osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, and other conditions. You can choose from 1-to-1 personal training, 2-to-1 partner training, and small group training classes (maximum of 4 people).

Elite Personal Fitness is the Memphis home of the Golfit private training program used by PGA and Senior PGA Tour players such as Larry Nelson, Franklin Langham, Hubert Green, and others.
