Mike Ross-Spang is the President and Head Trainer of Elite Personal Fitness. Mike has 20 years of experience in recreation, sports, health, fitness, and consulting. He was supervisor of recreation and fitness for Holiday Inn's Fitness Center and manager of wellness services for Methodist Hospitals. Mike has Masters degrees in both Recreation and Business Administration from the University of Memphis.

•	He earned certification as a Health/Fitness Instructor by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) in 1985 and was recertified in 1995 and 1999.
•	He has been a member of IDEA, the Health and Fitness Source, since 1998.
•	Mike is currently serving as 1st vice president of communications for the Association for Worksite Health Promotion (AWHP).
•	Mike successfully completed the Golfit Instructor Basic Training program in July, 2000.
•	Mike is an active member of the Germantown, Collierville, and Fayette County Chambers of Commerce.
