Dr. C. Earl Loftis, Jr., is a recognized leader in the field of optometry.  Dr. Loftis, with more than 19 years experience, has a comprehensive eye care practice with a special program of services for the visually impaired.  He is the only doctor in South Carolina and one of just 40 clinics across the nation certified to use the Low Vision Enhancement System (LVES).  Dr. Loftis is a graduate of the Southern College of Optometry, and is on the staff of the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and continues his education through courses with The Lighthouse, the world’s leading resource on vision impairment.
