DUI
Multiple DUI
offenders who have either been convicted or plead nolo contendere
within 5 years, will be required by law to meet the following
requirements for possible license reinstatement.
- Complete
risk reduction program.
- Undergo
a clinical evaluation from an approved provider listed on the
Department of Human Resources Registry of Clinical Evaluators.
- Once you
have chosen a clinical evaluator, the risk reduction program
will have you sign a release of information. This release of
information gives the risk reduction program the permission
to forward your assessment results and other paperwork to the
clinical evaluator of your choice.
- If indicated
by the clinical evaluation, you will be required to complete
a substance abuse treatment program.

| The
DUI / Risk Reduction Program is required for possible re-instatement
of driver's license of every person arrested for DUI or drug possession.
