Accommodations:
     Dogs are generally housed in indoor-outdoor patio runs. We have quiet indoor spaces for small, geriatric, or special-needs pets. Outdoor runs are also available. All dogs have frequent exercise time in fenced, grassy playground areas.

     Cats are housed in indoor, tri-level kitty condos. The entire kennel is heated/air conditioned.

     We are inspected and licensed by the NC Department of Agriculture and are active members of the American Boarding Kennels Association.

 

Pet Camp Office Hours:
• Monday thru Friday	10 AM - 1 PM and 4 -6 PM
• Saturday	10 AM - 1 PM
• Sunday	4 - 6 PM

On some holidays we are closed or have abbreviated hours. There may be an additional charge for opening the kennel during Closed hours, by prior arrangement only.

     Check-out time is 1 PM. You are billed for the day you enter (regardless of the time of day you enter), for the consecutive days, and for the day you check-out if it is AFTER 1 PM. You are NOT charged for the day you pick up if it is before the check out time. (Sorry, this option is not available on Sundays.) Please note that you are billed by "day", not by "night" or by "hour".

Playtime:
     Individualized one-on-one playtimes are available. Tailored to your pet's special needs and pleasures, we feature activities such as Frisbee, ball, exploring, brushing and petting, and swimming a popular summertime option.

Reservations:
     If possible, please make reservations for your pet's visit with us. This is especially important during the summer and for all holidays. If you must cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.

A deposit of $50 per pet may be required to reserve guaranteed boarding space for summer weekends, holidays and other peak times. This deposit is non-refundable unless your cancellation/change is made by Monday noon for a reservation beginning either Friday or Saturday or a full 2 weeks prior to your major holiday reservation. Fleas & Ticks:
     We make every effort to keep both kennel and pets free of fleas and ticks. If your pet has these parasites when he is admitted to the kennel, we will bathe and dip (if necessary) and add the charge to your board bill.

Medication & Personal Items:
     We will administer oral or topical medication that you supply - vitamins, heartworm preventative, aspirin, flea tabs, etc. We provide premium pet foods, but you may bring a special diet (in labeled, Tupperware-type plastic container) if you prefer. We furnish "sheepskin" pads for all pets. Bedding (washable) and toys from home are welcome; however, we cannot be responsible if they are lost or chewed. We also have chews and treats available for purchase to make your pet's stay more enjoyable.

Grooming:
     We are members of the National Dog Groomers Association, and we provide all-breed grooming by appointment. While your pet is boarding with us is an excellent time for a professional grooming.
