SERVICES:

All inspections performed by J.C. Home Inspections are done in accordance with Standards of Practice. We inspect the conditions which are present and visible at the time of the inspection.

This includes:

1. All mechanical systems
2. All electrical equipment and systems
3. All appliances
   (we check to ensure they are all in normal operating mode at the time of the inspection)

We then render an opinion and report which parts, components and systems are not functioning properly and are in need of repair. We also report any visible, existing or recognized hazards.

THE INSPECTION PROCESS:

Here are some of the things we look for when inspecting your home.

The Outside Inspection includes checking:
• For cracks or signs of settlement in the foundation.
• The condition of the doors and windows.

The Inside Inspection includes checking:
• The condition of the walls, ceilings, windows and floors for cracks or leaks.
• Visible pipes, drains, vents and water heaters.
• Service panels and wiring for all existing electrical systems.
• Your heating and air conditioning system to ensure proper functionality.
• Roof sheathing, ventilation and insulation.
• All built- in appliances to ensure proper functionality.
