the Police/Sheriff's Department to have an accident report
made. |

Stay
at the scene of the accident until the Police arrive. You
can be charged with leaving the scene unless it is reported
to the Police. |

the other driver's name, address, phone number, driver's
license number, car tag number, make and model of car if
possible. |

Get
the other driver's insurance information (company and policy
number and insurance agent's name). |

If
there are any witnesses, get their names, addresses and phone numbers. |

6.

If
you are injured in the wreck, seek medical attention immediately
and be sure to tell the investigating officer. |
