Bobby Kinard Bobby Kinard received his undergraduate degree from The Citadel and his law degree from the University of South Carolina Law School. He began practicing in 1975. He served as a municipal judge in North Charleston for 10 years and a municipal prosecutor for 10 years. A Vietnam veteran, he also served as mayor of North Charleston and as a South Carolina state representative. Susan Kinard Susan Kinard also graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School in 1993. She focuses primarily in estate work, family court cases, and appellate work.
