Payment terms for customers with approved credit are: net due - 30 days; net due - 10 days from date of shipment. All materials will be shipped F.O.B., LeBoeuf Architectural Woodwork Inc., Charleston, South Carolina. There will be a finance charge assessed if payment is not received by the end of the net due period. A 2.5% per month service charge will be applied to the unpaid balance on any invoice past the due.

On orders under $75.00 there will be a $25.00 handling charge.

All other orders will be shipped C.O.D. Any C.O.D. order requires a 50% deposit prior to manufacturing.

There will be a 25% restocking charge for orders canceled or changed after work has begun without prior written approval.

All moldings, with the exception of special orders, will be shipped random length. Add an additional 20% to prices given for cut-to-length molding orders.

Bundling molding to be shipped by standard freight line, add 20% to the total price quoted. Once an order is accepted for shipment by a freight line, LeBoeuf Architectural Woodwork Inc. is not responsible for damage to or loss of materials.

Please allow four to six weeks manufacturing time. Contact our plant if your time requirement on moldings is less than four to six weeks. Charges for expedited processing will be quoted directly.

Profile samples of moldings are available free on samples we have in stock. Shipping is C.O.D.

There is no charge for custom grinding of molding knives if molding order exceeds 250 linear feet per custom molding knife or setup. Charge for custom grinding of molding knives is per molding profile, and quote to customer per molding profile will be provided on orders of less than 250 linear feet.

For built-up molding samples of two or more, there is a $25.00 per molding profile required for assembly, shipped F.O.B. and a $25.00 charge for boxing and/or crating.

All moldings and millwork shown in our pictures can be furnished and will be quoted upon request.
