Break Something in My Home?
Because accidents happen, we would rather not clean your collectibles or items with irreplaceable value. Please let us know in advance where these items will be located in your home so that we may instruct our teams.

All of our employees have been thoroughly screened. In addition to a comprehensive application process, including an interview and character reference check, each employee must submit a complete criminal background history.

cleaning schedules Will You Tell Me What Time
You Will Clean My Home?
Because we never know how long it will take to complete a home and because we try to give all our customers the same superior service, we are unable to commit to a specific time of day for our arrival. Should you wish to be home during cleaning, we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule. If you would like an estimated time of arrival simply call us on the day of your cleaning. Please excuse any deviation from this estimated time and remember that we will give you the same careful attention as soon as possible! We can promise that we will never be in your home before 8:30 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m.

for the Cleaners?
We provide all cleaning supplies, all we ask is that you provide extra garbage bags!

Yes, Saturday is a regular working day for us!
Our normal service hours are from 9:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m.

If you are not happy with the quality of our work, simply call us within 24 hours and we will gladly send a cleaning team to re-clean your home or business.
