HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

We close Christmas Day, New Year's Day and Thanksgiving Day. We may close early on other major holidays and for inclement weather, so please call first during these times.

MONTHLY REMINDERS

January	Hot cereals and foods. Remember to bundle up and stay warm.
February	Be heart-smart - get your blood pressure and cholesterol checked.
March	Tetanus shots are needed every ten years or sooner if you get cut or burned.
April	"April showers bring May flowers" - get ready for seasonal allergies.
May	Remember sunscreen and stay out of the sun between 10 AM and 2 PM.
June	Practice water safety. Remember the buddy system when in the water.
July	Drink plenty of fluids and cool off.
August	Special this month - $25 - Daycare, Sports & Teacher Physicals
September	Remember to get your pneumonia vaccination.
October	Get your FLU shot soon.
November	Please designate a driver for everyone's sake.
December	Have a safe and happy holiday season from all of us at MEDFIRST.
