Monroe County Bail Bonds (MCBB) is a family owned and operated Bail Bond Agency. MCBB has been servicing Monroe, Dade, and Broward counties since 1989. Currently underwriting for American Bankers Insurance Company, MCBB is contracted through National Surety Services (NSS) located in Miami, Florida. Our alliance with NSS offers us access to a network of over 300 partner Agencies which enable us to extend our services throughout the United States. Our offices are open 24/7 manned by professional, licensed, full-time surety agents. Our goal is to assist family and friends in securing the release of loved ones in a quick and effective manner. Our staff is always ready to answer any questions that may arise.

Adalberto J. Vigil
As President of MCBB Adalberto oversees total company operations. He actively writes bail and his expert bond negotiating skills have earned him respect with local attorneys, our clients and the courts. His military background and criminal justice studies have given him the tools to provide our clients with exceptional service in bail related matters. He is a devoted husband, proud father of two, and a Harley Davidson enthusiast.

Lisa A. Blanco-Vigil
As Administrator of our office Lisa oversees all bond related paper- work, keeps accounts, generates reports and keeps our data base up to date. She holds a bail license, a "C" license, and is a special process server in Monroe County. Lisa also earned her certificate in Paralegal studies in 1993. Managing the family business along side her husband Albert has proven to be a complete success. She is a devoted wife and keeps very busy with her active teenagers.

Ricardo Berrios
"Rick" is the newest member of our organization. He is a licensed Private Investigator, Body Guard and Bail Bondsman. His background is security, both personal and asset protection. He resides in the Florida Keys with his wife and young child.

Gordon "Ali" Suliemen
Gordon is the new member of our staff, he brings to our company over 10 years of Law Enforcement experience in Monroe County as a Correctional Officer. His knowledge in this area helps our clients better understand the criminal justice system. He is our field investigator and currently heads our investigation department.

Karina L. Vaughn
The newest member of our team. In the office she keeps our clients up to date on their upcoming court appearances. Also a valuable asset in requesting bond discharges once these cases are over. Originally from the Island of Puerto Rico, Karina has now established her home in tropical Key Largo with her two kids.
