The Indemnity Agreement, Promissory Note and Hold Harmless are the instruments used to guarantee the bond. These documents contain some legal phrases that are used to insure that our Insurance Company does not sustain any loses due to the underwriting of the Surety Bond. You are undertaking a Monetary liability if the defendant were to fail to meet all his court appearances. Read carefully all the fine print. CONTINGENT PROMISSORY NOTE
& INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

For the value received, the undersigned , jointly , promises to pay Florida Agency Of Investigations d/b/a Monroe County Bail Bonds on demand the amount of the penal sum of the bond, if and only if the following stated contingency occurs: Upon the forfeiture or estreature of the Surety Bond or bonds posted at my request on the below listed defendant together with any continuations and modifications, any extensions, substitutions, increments or appeals thereof hereafter "Bond") or upon payment of any expenses incurred by the payee or holder (hereinafter "Payee) to produce the Defendant before the appropriate court, or courts of competent jurisdiction in the above case, with interest thereon at the rate of (18 percent) , per annum, from the date of the occurrence of the above stated contingency, until fully paid. All makers or endorsers now or hereafter becoming parties hereto, jointly and severally, waive demand, notice of non-payment and protest ; and in case the note becomes in default and placed in the hands of an attorney for collections, the foregoing agrees to pay reasonable attorney `s fee and all cost for making such collection and further agrees that courts of original jurisdiction and appellate courts may award reasonable attorney's fees to the Payee in the event of litigation and appeals.

IT IS further agreed and specifically understood between all parties to this Note that there is no outstanding loan or debt represented by this Promissory Note, and that this note is given to secure advances upto and including the full amount of the bond I requested executed, IF and WHEN there is a forfeiture or estreature of the Bond.

INDEMNIFY THE SURETY
THE ABOVE MENTIONED NOTE SHALL SERVE TO SECURE

(a) any and all liability, loss, cost, damages, expenses, premiums and attorney's fees arising or incurred by Payee in connection with the below mentioned captioned bond, or any other recognizance undertaking or other obligation, heretofore or hereafter executed.

(b) For the payment of all premium on such bonds which may be owed.

(c) Any and all future advances made with or without consent of the Owner and Payee on behalf of the Defendant including but not necessarily limited to increments, modification, extensions or substitution, or the creation of any future obligation by the Payee in connection with the above described matter, or any bail bond obligation undertaken by the Payee in behalf of the Defendant including, without limiting , to the posting of a new bond for and on behalf of the Defendant in the nature of an appeal bond or a substitution extension or modification of the existing bond.

Hold Harmless Agreement

WHEREAS Florida Agency Of Investigations Inc, (hereinafter called the SURETY) and it's posting Agent (hereinafter called the Agent), at the request of the undersigned requesting agent and upon the Surety and the Agent, has or is about to become the Surety on an Appearance bond on the below mentioned defendant in the amount requested a copy of which will be attached hereto and made part hereof-

NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the premises and the sum of one dollars in hand paid, receipt whereof by each of us is hereby acknowledge, the undersigned does hereby undertake , agree and bond themselves, their legal representatives, successors and assigns, as follows:

1) That the undersigned will have the Defendant forthcoming before the court named on said bond, will be attached hereto, at the time therein fixed and from that day to day and term to term thereafter, as may be ordered by the Court.

2) The Undersigned will at all times indemnify and keep the Surety and or Agents and save harmless the Surety and or it's Agents 100% of any and all claims, demands, liability, cost, legal fees, distributions,and expenses of every kind and nature which the Surety shall at anytime sustain or incur, and as well from all orders, decrees, judgments and adjudication's against the Surety to it's Agents by the reasons on in consequence of having executed such bond or undertaking in behalf and or at the instance of the indemnitor (s) (or any of them) and will pay over, reimburse and make good to the Surety and / or AGENTS, it's successors and assigns, amounts of money required to meet every claim, demand, liability, cost expense, suit, order, decree, payment and /or adjudication against the Surety and or it's Agents by reason of the execution of such bonds or undertaking, and any other bonds or undertaking executed in behalf of and or at the instance of the indemnitor (s) and before the Surety and or Agents shall be required to pay thereunder. The Liability for Legal fees and disbursement includes all legal fees and disbursement that the Surety and or Agents may pay or incur in any legal proceeding, including appeals, and proceedings in which the Surety may assert or defend it's rights to collect for legal fees and/or disbursements incurred in earlier proceedings.

The undersigned hereby agrees that the Jurisdiction for all claims and demands filed by the Surety in an effort to collect any or the above mentioned expenses shall be filed, answered and heard in the County Of Monroe , Florida. The Undersigned hereby agrees to the Venue regardless of the County in which they may he currently or in the future reside.
