After An Accident: The driver of a vehicle that is involved in an accident that results in possible: |

should immediately stop his/her vehicle at the scene or as close to the scene of the accident as possible. |

Call The Police: The driver of any vehicle involved in an accident resulting in Personal Injury, Death or Property Damage as explained above, will immediately contact the local Police Department using the fastest form of communication. |

Record Information: Florida Law states that you must give your Name, Address and Registration Number of your automobile involved in the accident and, if requested, show your license or permit to drive to any person that is injured in the accident or to the driver or occupant of the other automobile involved in the accident. |

CAUTION: DO NOT DISCUSS THE CAUSE OF THE ACCIDENT OR FAULT WITH THE OTHER DRIVER(S) OR PASSENGER(S). |
