Miami in 1976. Since that time the firm has been involved
in a wide range of planning and landscape architectural
projects. Howard F. Ostrout has been a registered landscape
architect in the State of Florida since 1973, and also
maintains a professional registration within the Commonwealth
of Massachusetts.
