THE PATHWAYS DIFFERENCE   Selecting a school for your child's education is one of the most important, and difficult decisions a parent can make. However, we feel that our innovative approach to learning, a dedicated staff, and small class sizes are advantages that put Pathways at the head of the class.     OUR STAFF   Jennifer Kite   Founder, President Orlando native, Jennifer Kite was the driving force behind the founding of Pathways. It was her desire to create an educational institution that made the needs of the children top priority. Jennifer is involved with the school on a daily, on-site basis. All of the Kite children are currently enrolled at Pathways. Greg Kite   Founder, Executive Vice President Greg Kite, a eighteen year resident of Central Florida and an Orlando Magic Player from 1990 to 1994, co-founded Pathways in 1996. While with the Magic, Greg served on the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation and has operated a basketball camp in Orlando for 15 years. Greg continues to be involved in all aspects of operations. Christina James   Director Christina began with Pathways as a teacher and was named Director in 1997. Prior to joining the Pathways team, Christina served as Assistant Director and Director at a private school in the area and was a teacher at several schools in her native state, Tennessee. Her extensive experience in administration and teaching (she has taught K - 8th grade) coupled with her love and understanding of children makes her a natural in her position.     OUR FACILITIES   In addition to ample classroom space, Pathways has an on-site library, extensive play areas for large muscle group development and a multilevel wooden play structure for younger children. The school also houses a computer lab and media center for the use of Pathways students. OUR TRANSPORTATION   We understand the challenge associated with transportation of our students. As part of Pathways' commitment to serving our students and families, we now offer transportation services in key areas, on an as-needed basis.
