This web site is to introduce you to Quality Inspections Company, Inc. Established in 1978 and setting the standard for the industry, Quality Inspections has provided insurance claims investigation to major self insured corporations, insurance companies, independent claims management companies, oil companies, nationwide trucking companies and numerous law firms. We are a defense-oriented agency specializing in workers' compensation claims, liability claims, and fraudulent claims. We perform special activity investigations, basic activity investigations, and locations of individuals and extensive background investigations. We document all investigation with video, photographs, and a clear concise report. This report describes exactly what took place during our investigation. During the past twenty years, we have developed a vast working knowledge on each type of person, occupation, and the trends which make it easy for us to develop factual information to aid the client in their decision making process. We currently operate in the states of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida and Kentucky. Each investigator has their own area of operation and is thoroughly familiar with that area. They also have confidential sources and other connections to aid in their investigation. This allows them to provide reports that other investigative agencies cannot provide. We have the reputation for getting the job done and can provide numerous references upon request. Our investigators are all qualified to testify in court on any investigation conducted. All investigations are confidential. You and your attorney are the only people who will have access to them. Page three of this web site is a form to initiate an investigation. We can respond to your needs as rapidly as you desire. We can react on a one-day notice and will deliver in a few days. Normal response time is two or three weeks, unless you desire quicker action. You can print and fill out the investigation initiation form and mail it to us, or call us or fax us for quicker response. The more information you can provide us, the quicker and more cost effective the report will be. If you have any questions or problem cases, please call us and we will be glad to discuss them with you. If you have a high exposure case or just a problem case, we will be glad to come to your office and review the file and make some recommendations. We will also visit you on a scheduled basis to ensure that you are getting the service and/or results that you require. We also have a service that no other investigative agency provides. Each investigation conducted for your company is computerized and filed. At the end of each quarter,a printout is provided to your adjuster listing each case along with a summary of what was developed, the dates conducted and other pertinent information. This can aid your adjuster in managing their files by giving him/her an up-to-date status on each open claim without having to spend time going through the file to determine dates or results of investigation. Once our people have looked over the printout, we will meet with them to discuss each case to determine if there is a need for additional work. Once a case is settled, it is noted on the listing and dropped at the end of the quarter. Many of our clients find that it saves their adjusters numerous work hours and assists tremendously in managing their files.
