REQUIREMENTS FOR
ENROLLMENT
The College will admit as regular students, high school graduates
and holders of high school graduation equivalency certificates.
Chris' Beauty College does not accept ability to benefit students.
A non refundable application
fee of $35.00 is required upon enrollment.
GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
Students must complete 1500 clock hours. Of those hours, 230 are
to be theory hours and 1270 are to be practical hours.
Students
must also maintain a grade average of 85% and successfully complete,
with a grade average of 85%, any written or practical examinations.
Tuition, books, materials and any additional instructional charges
owed the College by the student must be paid in full, or arrangements
for payment made with the Director, in order to take any written
or practical final examination. Upon graduation, a diploma is
awarded certifying that the student has completed the course of
study and training in Cosmetology from Chris' Beauty College.
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
In the State of Mississippi, proper application to the Board with
$85.00 license fee and two recent head photos, be at least 17
years of age, be able to read, write and speak English, have a
high school diploma or its equivalency, and have completed 1500
hours of training in an accredited college of cosmetology reflecting
a grade average of at least 85%. Students who fail to pass the
state license exam may receive additional instruction free from
the College for the first year after graduation.

REQUIREMENTS FOR
ENROLLMENT

does not accept ability to benefit students. The applicant must
be no less than 20 years of age and have a minimum of two (2)
years active experience as a licensed Cosmetologist to enroll
in the 750-hour program, or complete 2000 hours in lieu of two
years experience.
GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
Students must successfully complete the course of training in
which they enrolled. Tuition, books, materials and any additional
instructional charges owed the College by the student must be
paid in full, or arrangements for payment made with the Director,
in order to complete. Upon completion, a Certificate of Completion
is awarded certifying that the student has had completed the course
of study and training in Cosmetology.
