Before we send candidates to interview for a Career (Permanent) position, you will be given full particulars, pointing out the areas in which they meet your job specifications and requirements. If they are lacking in a particular area, i.e. three years of experience instead of the five you asked for, you are told and can decide whether to invest your time interviewing them, based on the rest of their background.
