Our founder has an extensive background in Real Estate. Beginning over 30 years ago, his career began with a subsidiary of the Centex Corporation developing PUDs on the West Coast. His career has taken him throughout the United States, managing commercial and residential properties, securing facilities for, Television Network Affiliates, Governmental Branch facilities for the US Dept. of Commerce and Franchise development for a National Real Estate Franchisor. In 1991 he was appointed as a Senior Associate for one of Charlotte, North Carolina's finest full-service real estate companies, until 1996 when he founded Southern States Properties, Inc. to specialize in the small business and investment real estate needs of the community.
