All residents must be interviewed over the phone or in person. We are family owned and operated, and everyone is in recovery. We form lasting relationships with all the women we help.

The average stay is seven months to one year; everyone agrees to work, or go to school full time. Our success stories stop by periodically (on their own) to let us know how well they are doing. We don't ask our residents to do anything we would not do ourselves.

We are here to motivate our residents in the recovery program to take care of themselves. All residents need to be interviewed, to ascertain their previous drug and alcohol history and level of commitment to staying sober.

Weekly rent is $135-$150. If approved, we require a $540-$600 non-refundable deposit which represents the first two weeks in advance, last week,
and one week security. We require a 3-month committment.
All residents must sign a rent agreement and house rules agreement. Failure to obey these rules will result in termination of resident status and all monies will be forfeited.
