Qualifications:

Walter R. Moon is a native Floridian and as a lifelong resident of Orlando has been in business for over 30 years. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in 1965, and a Juris Doctorate degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1974. He was an Associate Editor of the Cumberland Samford Law Review, and Chairman of the Cumberland Samford Research Board, and a member of Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities.
